Wayno talks about growing up in Harlem having a near death experience, to his adolescence days working in the mailroom capitalizing on every opportunity to put him in the position he is in today. We talked sports and the creation of the “Triangle Offense” and how Wayno is able to give each of his artist his all. Wayno goes in depth about being a father and how he’s able to learn from his children but also discipline them. This episode was recorded January 8th, 2019.
