To call Lashawn a “mastermind” would be teetering with an understatement. After dealing with an emotional heartbreak leading him to ask himself “what’s the point of being a good guy?”  His life journey turned into a mission to answer that question. The East Flatbush juggernaut is the functioning key to What’s A Good Guy’s engine. He’s is a fierce and passionate leader that consistently challenges himself, Don and each guest and staff member of What’s A Good Guy to be the best version of themselves, ultimately leading to the success of one another. Lashawn's witty rebuttals and thought provoking questions are staple in the entity that he has helped build from the ground up. He has made a name for himself and the brand, and is indeed irreplaceable.

Don - Co-Founder/Photographer/Host

“Your mother’s favorite lover” is one of the key parts that drives the engine that is What’s A Good Guy. The ‘Big Queens’ product provides the perspective of a young creative finding his way and navigating through his growth as a man, brother, friend, partner and creator. His comedic relief and meme-worthy facial expressions are golden, and forever treasurable. Being able to provide his co-host with the perfect balance, impacting the show’s ultimate success, may be one of Don’s greatest strengths. Remember, “Don Peezly knows where I be at”.

Rell - Co-Producer/Engineer

Rell’s value and contribution to What’s A Good Guy is invaluable, to say the least. Since our inception, Rell has literally been in the room, and has not only provided us with a space and home (Red Autumn Studios) to provide the content that you all enjoy, but has selflessly allowed our platform to grow without ever compromising the creative freedom that we thrive on. His engineering is also key, as he provides immense expertise in the audio experience.

Kojo - Creative Art Director

From our main logo design, to our episode cover arts, to our video frames and everything in between, Kojo provides his TMTG touch to What’s A Good Guy by consistently creating high quality visual art elements that are eye-catching and appealing. His weekly input is definitely a major part of the What’s A Good Guy brand and will be for more to come.

Reign - Audio/Sound Engineer

One of the main reasons that What’s A Good Guy functions at such a high quality sound level is because it is overseen by Reign. Every episode, Reign’s addition and contribution to What’s A Good Guy provides our listeners and viewers with not only an enjoyable experience from a content and entertainment side, but also a crisp and clean audio experience that adds to the enjoyment of the show.

Preach - Assistant Marketer

Not only is he the creator of our intro sound that you all know and love, but Preach Gold provides his knowledge and prowess in the marketing field to help increase the overall experience of What’s A Good Guy. Preach is family, stemming from his relationship with Lashawn from their church days, and their bond allows them to work together to get What’s A Good Guy heard, seen and experienced by as many people as possible.
